Owners comments

Start by thinking back to when you originally purchased your property

Q. What influenced you to buy the property ?
A. I bought the block of land in 2017, I was looking for a block that was close to the city and of a decent size. I wanted to then build a modern Queenslander that had character and was suited for the climate. (Houses in The Village Oonoonba have a covenant on the build style.) I could see potential in the area and I thought it was an underrated place to live.

Q. What advantages are there living in your home?
A. The house is very functional. It's easy and comfortable to live in. The location is well balanced between the city, shops and hospital. Garden is nice and fully irrigated. The street is quiet and the house is tucked away and secure.

Q. When friends and family stay what do they point out as the benefits of your home?
A. These are some comments. The kitchen bench, tranquil garden. Well designed house, plenty of space and parking. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon enjoying the breeze. Wide streets

Q. What are the best 5 things about your home?
1. Great Design
2. Functional Kitchen/Living room
3. Huge garage with extra parking spaces beside the garage and near the garden
4. Cool and Breezy
5. Good Location

Q. Additional comments:
A. This house is perfect for tradies or young families. When I lived there it was all the small things that made it enjoyable. From walking down to the bakery, going to the park, taking the crab pots out in the arvo.
