How to apply for this NRAS property?

Step 1. You must have been approved by NRAS with a NRAS ID.

Step 2. Last 12 month income self assessment. Breakdown of the theatholds are:

Each child* : $17,357

Step 3. Open inspection time is listed.

Step 4. Come for the inspection. We will meet at the front door of the building. Depends on the number of attendings, we may need to have a few groups. If I am not at the front door during the inspection that means I am with another group and will come and get you shortly. Please obey social distance all the time during the inspection.

Step 5. The application can be sent via 1 Form if you wish to apply for this property. I will reply with NRAS assessment documents after receiving your application. Please do not apply without the inspection. Your application will not be processed if you don't inspect the property.

Step 6. Your application will be submitted to NRAS for the assessment first. Once your income is assessed, it will be with the landlord to make the decision.

Step 7. Outcome of your application will be informed via email.
