After living here, I really got to appreciate the location and quiet position within North Lakes. There is lots of great things happening within the suburb that were not there when I lived in the area.

As the home was not necessarily intended as an investment, when the recent tenancy finished, I decided to get the property ready for sale so that someone else can call this property home. I wish the next owners many happy memories here.
