Last Listing description (March 2019)

I heard from a friend of a friend recently that more people die from falling down stairs, than being killed by sharks. Or was it Hippos? Either way, you'll be totally safe with this property as there are no stairs or Hippos.
This 2 bedroom unit in the very handy location of Lawrence Street North Ipswich. Walking distance to Riverlink Shopping Centre, Jets and CSI (Old RSL). (I can never get use to that new name. All I think of is a US TV show.)
Now back to the unit. It has 2 good sized bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Kitchen is pretty retro in a good way. Lounge has a big air con unit which does pretty much the whole unit on those hot Ipswich days.

Out the back is a decent size backyard for a unit, with freshly laid grass. If you don't want the grass, I'd gladly take it away for you for my place.
Fully carpeted, very neat and nothing to do. Unless you wanted to do it up a bit which you can at this price and still not over capitalise.
This is priced to sell (such a real estate phrase), but it is.
Also this is only 1 of 5 units, so a nice small group of neighbours.
Call Jason now!*
*unless it's Tuesday night after 6pm, cause then I'll be at trivia night at the PA Hotel in Booval, but apart from that, give me a call.
