Last Listing description (July 2013)

330 / 1 Halse Lane NOOSA HEADS QLD 4567
Our tidy apartment in the French Quarter in Hastings Street is literally a 60-second walk to the beach and offers a delightlful Northerly outlook over the palm trees and rooftops towards Noosa Hill.
The apartment is situated in a group of only 6 units at the very rear of the complex so is removed from any traffic and street noise. It's a real little oasis in the heart of Noosa's Hastings Street precinct and is the highest unit in the complex (the reason we bought it). While most apartments at the French Quarter look into each other and the (noisy) pool area, this little Eagle's Nest sits up by itself and benefits from a fabulous Northerly aspect which offers almost complete privacy and allows the balcony to be bathed in sun for most of the day.

The unit is in mostly unmolested original condition but has been refreshed with new paint, new TV and furniture, as well as new wool carpet. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything including washer and dryer and air-cond, and it presents beautifully. Twin bi-fold doors in the living room open up fully onto the balcony and, as the unit is on a corner, it has windows out the West as well, allowing for plenty of friendly natural light. The apartment also has a secure car space (situated in a garage with remote door under the complex) and is accessed by a modern lift or stairs.
The French Quarter complex is a landmark Noosa Heads development designed by renowned QLD architect John Mainwaring which has just received a multi-million dollar refurbishment. The whole complex has been completely repainted by Programmed Maintenance Systems and all common areas have been revamped, including the pool areas, spas, sauna and elevators.
We have had many enjoyable holidays here and the unit is literally a 60 second walk to Laguna Bay (Hastings street main beach), and the Hastings street shops. The all-new Noosa Surf Club is also right across the street.
Our apartment is well-managed by Accom Noosa and we get a healthy rental return when we're not staying there. (We often have repeat guests who ask for your unit because of its sunny aspect and the privacy). We are serious sellers (as we now have 3 small children and the unit is a bit tight for us all) and may listen to a sensible offer.
As we live interstate, inspection can be arranged, but we would prefer that buyers familiarise themselves with the French Quarter complex before arranging an inspection with us. (Ie: Serious enquiries only please). A sustainability report is available upon request. Happy hunting!
