Last Listing description (September 2021)

Recently named as one of the best streets in Queensland, with good reason, Mossman Court is an easy walk from main beach. It's north facing waterfront properties in particular, are always in high demand. Number 23 has a wide waterfrontage on a part of the canal that is on the east side of Ravenwood Drive.

The faade has a sense of proportion, symmetry yet restraint with square columns and black iron fencing, ornamental motifs, tall windows and balconettes, and heavy timber front doors.

What a magical and enticing welcome, at one with its environment. Porcelain floor tiles skirted with marble give a dramatic effect. On the north-side, there's a double-height vaulted glass wall, glass louvres and glass sliders which seemingly disappear and allow constant natural light to saturate the substantial living, dining and sunroom spaces.

The hub of the entertaining zone is the bright white Hamptons-inspired kitchen with grey stone-topped benches and large island breakfast bar, plus a pantry and high-end appliances, including a gas hob.

Al fresco, it's all about living the good life. The dazzling wet-edged pool melds with the surrounding sun decks and dining terrace, which can be sheltered from the midday sun by enormous cantilevered umbrellas. Enjoying a sundowner, watching pelicans glide by or boaties heading to a restaurant on Hastings Street, at the Sofitel hotel or on Gympie Terrace are just a few pleasures.
Look ahead to the light shimmering on the water and 'your' white-sand beach. There's a long jetty and pontoon for the kayaks and jet ski, tying up the tinnie, checking the crab pots and casting a fishing line.

In the south wing is a gorgeous master suite for guests. There's a spa in the ensuite, a separate toilet and doors open out to a courtyard. Also, on the ground floor is a study or 5th bedroom and a family bathroom.

Upstairs, with a balcony overlooking the pool and the wide Noosa Sound waterways, is the grand master suite with all the accoutrements you'd expect, including a walk-in robe for the fashionista and a super-sized ensuite with spa bath. There are two additional bedrooms with built-in robes, doors accessing the shared balcony, a family bathroom and a separate toilet.

"This is a perfect example of why Noosa Heads is Australia's favourite destination," comments Tom Offermann Real Estate agent Jill Goode. "The Tuscan-style villa in a very private location of the waterway's cul-de-sac,is magical, enticing and reflects the relaxing coastal lifestyle implicitly. It's a 5-minute walk to cosmopolitan Hastings Street, a few minutes more to the Noosa National Park and world-famous surf breaks, also it's just a 10-minute paddle to the Noosa Spit and broad-water".
