After building the home in 2020, we designed the property our way in case we ever decided to relocate to Newport. That is why we chose the better finishes and felt it would also better suit the other luxury homes built in the area. As the property is only 2 years young, the home will come with the balance of warranties that are still applicable.

We have decided to have a slight lifestyle change so the opportunity has come up for someone else to appreciate this wonderful home. We hope the next owner enjoys the things we felt were a must in the build process.
