This apartment was bought off the plan in 2006 by long term locals recognizing its spectacular location and unique features. Keeping the proximity to the ocean in mind, this and the neighboring apartment, both on the western side of the pool, had absolutely no yard or apartment damage from cyclone Yasi. All Yasi issues experienced elsewhere had extensive measures taken by the BC to limit future repeats. Lovely fresh sea breezes all year round where the Mozzies and Sandflies don't venture this far out, so no need for fly screens or closing up at dusk.
