This popular holiday home would equally make the perfect home for those who will appreciate the wide open view across the treetops of Nelly Bay from the deck. The views to the hills - and ocean glimpses - are a delight whatever the season.

Architect-designed and built in 2004, the living area is relatively compact yet feels very open with a double height ceiling, views to the boulders of the National Park to the rear and big views to the front. On either side of the living area is an air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom, one being ensuite to the master and the other almost acting as an ensuite for the second bedroom yet accessible to all. Upstairs is the mezzanine third bedroom, which would also make a great home office, although you may spend the whole day gazing out of the window!

To the rear, the block extends approx 6m behind the house and then becomes National Park. To the front is a lovely resort-style concrete pool, solar heated to extend your swimming season, as well as a carport and small lawned area.

Opalia Court is a quiet cul-de-sac yet just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and approx 10-15 mins walk to the ferry terminal or a 2 minute drive.
