THE SHEDS:
Adjacent to the house is a 3 roller door shed, with extra workshop/storage space.

THE REMAINDER:
Brigalow trees on an undulating block, with some pockets of high cliffs. Great if you would like to do some abseiling.

There are 3 access points to the property, the main being off Dry Gully Rd. The second access is also off Dry Gully Rd (unformed gazetted road), and the third is at the rear of the property via Voglers Rd. The 2nd & 3rd access points would require permission from the neighbouring properties, due to having to travel through their properties.
