The dam is a good size and deep, with good catchment but unfortunately, we have not had good rain in the last 2 rain seasons to fill the dam and it is currently holding well at approximately half full. Included in the sale is a 135 Massey Ferguson tractor - with slasher, to maintain the fire breaks and keep the yard looking good.

With great schools located in Rosedale and Agnes Water this would make a great family escape to the country with plenty of room for riding motorbikes or keeping a horse or two.
With the fencing suitable for cows, horses, sheep etc it will be a great hobby farm.

The property is within the Gladstone Regional Council and rates are approximately $1150 per year.
