(Please see our television quality video & 3D tour to get a sense of what living in this house is really like)

One thing I have learnt in real estate, is that every time you sell a house that a builder designed and built for his own family…it's way better than the average house. I think it's just that they have so much experience with layouts and building plans that they can understand better how to design a functional residence than the average person.

Cutting Edge Property is proud to present 49 Bonnett Road, Mount Low. Yes, it's "just" a four bedroom/two bathroom/two car house in Mount Lowbut when you step inside. There's something special about it. Do you know what else is special about it? The builder himself has come back and made sure that every I is dotted and every T is crossed so that the new buyers (you) have an excellent experience moving into a home 30 days from now.

Why is this plan so great? The awesome kitchen has a really functional island bench/breakfast bar and from the commanding position behind the sink, you can look out at either your family in the large living room or your friends on the oversized patio. Entertaining here will be a breeze. There's a large walk-in pantry and you'll enjoy cooking on the four burner gas stove.

Both large living areas are split system air-conditioned. In fact, because a builder that cares built this homeyou will find two splits in the main living area for that one time at Christmas when you have crammed 30 family members inside for lunch. The theatre room is actually proper sized here. You can fit the family together when you want to watch The Mandalorian.

The master bedroom is quite sizeable as well. There's plenty of room for a King-sized bed. Louvres on the ocean side of the property let in the breeze and the large wardrobe has plenty of room for everyone's clothes. Of course, there is a modern ensuite here as well and you will find it in immaculate, hotel-clean condition.

All three other bedrooms are larger than you would expect, and in fact all of the carpet in the house is new. There are large built-in wardrobes and every bedroom has a split-system air conditioner to keep your family cool year 'round.

I mentioned the patio previously, but I'm coming back to it because it's on the Shady side of the house. Every afternoon by midday this will be the perfect place to hang out. There's plenty of room for an 8 seat dining table as well as a lounge on this beautifully tiled space. Oh, and this is not a postage stamp block. There is heaps of room for kids and pets to play in the 724m2 block. Keen gardeners take note, the lawns are actually lush and we didn't have to touch them up much in the photo editing.

Mount Low is a beautiful suburb on the outskirts of Townsville but just 25 minutes to the CBD. Bushland Beach foreshore is just 10minutess away and nearby are a large Woolworths, Bunnings, coffee shops and even a Maccas. Townsville's best burgers are just up the road at the Real Burger Co.

Be Quick! This one's a bit spesh (like the agents). Be sure and see it this weekend!
