Rockyhills consists of 7882 acres with an additional 1200 acres under a permit to occupy and is situated 10 minutes west of Morven. This property has huge potential as a horse, cattle, goat or sheep stud breeding property, and comes with many improvements, which means all the hard work is done. With ample feed and water the property has the capacity to carry 1500 goats/sheep and 250 cattle. Approximately 1800 acres has been pulled and blade ploughed which was seeded with Buffel and Mitchell grass. An additional 200 acres of cultivation has previously been used to grow sorghum, but is currently seeded with Buffel and Mitchell grass. A further 2000acres has also been pulled and seeded.
