- 100 points of ID
- Current proof of income
- A copy of your NRAS registration letter
- Most recent 3 months bank statements/transaction history for any and all accounts in full
- PAYG Payment Summaries & Notice of Assessment issued by Australian Tax Office for Financial Year 2016-17
All documentation is to be given to the property manager at the open home. Applications can only be accepted from those who have viewed the property.
