Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have had to change the way we run our inspections. We will no longer be running open homes and will be running private and capped number appointments to protect the health of you, our current tenants and our staff. Although it will remain our ongoing policy for all applicants to have personally inspected the property before applying whilst COVID 19 limitations apply , applications online or via email will be processed without a prior personal inspection. Whilst it is still possible to do so, approved applicants will be afforded an inspection but all successful applicants are advised that they may be required to acknowledge that they are accepting the condition of the property without personal inspection.
