VENDOR STATEMENT:
What first attracted us to this property was the location, not only in a beautiful estate but only a 3km walk to the beautiful Maroochy river. It is also very central, 30 minutes to Noosa beaches, 10 minutes to the airport and Brisbane just over an hour away.
As for the property, we love that it is on a corner block, therefore only one direct neighbor and a tall fence which gives us a big grassed area and privacy which was important as we do sit outside and use the outdoor kitchen a lot. With most windows facing north also means that we get amazing sunlight throughout the whole day but in summer it is higher so does not make it extremely hot.
I love opening all the windows throughout the day, the house instantly cools down because of the fabulous airflow.
