After purchasing the property nearly 5 years ago, it's been a great and very convenient home. The property is relatively low maintenance, which has been awesome because we get to enjoy our time off opposed to spending it on the yard.

The property is only a short walk from the lake in Capestone (with a dedicated dog park) and the new Mango Hill marketplace, complete with some wonderful restaurants. We have found and just moved to our next home, so the property is move in ready for the next owner.
