Step into an exceptional living experience in the heart of Mango Hill, situated within the highly sought after Capestone estate. This impressive Plantation-built residence, available for the very first time, is a testament to spaciousness and sophistication, gracing a generous 601m2 block. Uniquely, it offers the convenience of double gate side access, setting it apart from neighbouring homes.
Upon entering, the residence's expansive nature becomes evident. To the right, a dedicated study or home office provides a tranquil space for those who work from home, offering both productivity and privacy. The home's focal point is a well-appointed media room, which could be perfectly suited for hosting family movie nights with all the cinematic trimmings, complete with homemade popcorn.
The rear of the house serves as the social hub, featuring an open-plan layout with the kitchen as its centrepiece. This kitchen is a dream for larger families, boasting 40mm stone benchtops, an extensive walk-in pantry, and an oversized double fridge/freezer space. Its open design allows for meal preparation while keeping a watchful eye on the kids and sharing good conversation with guests.
What distinguishes this area is its unique design, featuring windows on three of its four walls. This design floods the space with natural light and offers a delightful view of the yard and the inviting swimming pool area.
Step outside to a spacious grand alfresco area, which can be fully enclosed with electric blinds, effectively creating a fifth living space throughout the year. It's the perfect setting for hosting gatherings with friends and family.
Upstairs, at the top of the staircase, you'll discover a 'kids retreat' or informal living space, providing room for teenagers and family members to have their own space. The high ceilings (matching downstairs) and extra-tall doors add an extra touch of grandeur to this level.
The master suite is generously proportioned, featuring a private balcony, an en-suite complete with a large shower and a spa bath, and 'his and her' walk-in wardrobes, with the latter being particularly impressive.
All the additional bedrooms surpass the standard double bedroom size and come equipped with their own walk-in robes. Ducted air conditioning ensures comfort during hot Queensland summers, while ceiling fans maintain a well-ventilated environment throughout the home.
The property incorporates eco-friendly features, including solar panels for both hot water and electricity, significantly reducing your quarterly power bills. The home is secured by a house alarm and room sensors for added peace of mind.
Unlike many properties in Capestone, this one offers both a spacious swimming pool and ample yard space. It backs onto the Mango Hill State Secondary School playing fields, providing a peaceful and beautifully maintained view (especially of evenings and weekends).
Privacy is assured, with lowset homes surrounding the property, ensuring seclusion for both the residence and the pool area. Homes of this calibre are indeed a rare find. "What the Owners say"
After living here for nearly 7 years we have really got to appreciate the area. Capestone is amazing! Great transport links and is centrally located with all amenities a very short drive away. It is for this reason that we have decided to stay within Capestone.
We are only selling as soon it will just be the two of us and with such a large home, we have decided it's a good time to downsize. With our build planned to be ready just before Christmas, a buyer could enjoy their Christmas here around the pool. We will be sad to say goodbye as we have had some wonderful memories but know the next owners will absolutely cherish it.
