There is separate dining, living room with television; as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
The home has unparalleled views and a unique position, literally five minutes walk from the ferry and barge terminal.
There is a sense of seclusion. However, the island hotel - Pub Paradise, Blue Parrot Cafe, Spar supermarket, Post Office, hardware, medical clinic, dental practice, library, real estate agents; and an opportunity shop, are two hundred metres away, around the corner.
Dugong Place truly has a premium position.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, a front and back deck with extensive views, a substantial private jetty, two kayaks with paddles; and a tinny boat with oars.
Other things to note
The bowls club, Club Macleay has a courtesy bus, similarly, Bay Islands Golf Club has a courtesy bus. Both clubs offer a range of bistro meals and live entertainment. Pub Paradise has live performances, as well as a range of meal options. Both Pub Paradise and Bay Islands Golf Club are a short walk from Dugong Place.
Tingara Boat Club has a fish and chip night, for the public, the first Friday evening of each month.
