The exterior walls of the building and the blue ballustrades have recently been painted so it too looks brand new from the outside.

Of all the apartments in the high-rise blocks here at the Marina, our unit has the best uninterrupted views to the north, east and south as it is located more to the east than any of the other buildings. Plus the unit is at the front 'round' bit of the building which means that it sticks out and therefore has better uninterrupted views than the other 2 penthouses on each side of ours.
