The suburb is clean, friendly and surrounded by families and lovely people. Nice parks, the local state school is excellent, and all amenities/facilities are available; access to highways can't be any better - access to both M1 and Logan motorway in under 2 mins. Midway from city and gold coast (both are 30 mins away). Generally, everything you would ever need is within 15 mins (IKEA, Hyperdome, furniture stores, Bunnings, Gyms). Two train stations at 10 mins away.
