There was time when I was a very much loved tropical paradise. I have an in ground pool, all weather drive way leading to a 6m x 9m shed with double carport attached and more storage options with garden shed & a free Standing double c/port (could even make great chicken coop or dog enclosure). I m fully fenced and if you can mow, whipper snip and do a bit of weeding then I will instantly give you my street appeal back.

I can tell you that I have an open plan design inside complimented with a lovely modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric cook top and wall oven, a good sized separate dining room adjacent that leads into my large lounge room that opens out to my outdoor living area through sliding glass door. I ve had a very large sunroom added to create more living space and perhaps another bedroom if so desired. I have a functional bathroom with shower over bath, a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms and (Master with air conditioning). A smaller rear deck leads out from the laundry . Sure I need new screens, some new flooring and perhaps a fresh coat of paint inside if you don t like my current colour scheme but I am a quite a large home that I am sure will easily accommodate your everyday needs.
