Let's ask the owners their thoughts!
"So what do you love about living here?"
It's such a great neighbourhood - dog friendly complex, everyone loves the Biggera Creek walkway - people look out for each other and now the majority of owners here are live-in. Our home is so private from the front to the back, what we really love are the bird sounds whilst we work in our garden, the newly constructed deck is oh so spacious, a real entertainer! We've spent many days exploring the local parks or the short drive to Surfers Paradise for a romantic meal allows us more time together. It has been so special for us! Did I mention convenience? Aldi is right next door and Griffith University, Harbour Town Shopping, Australia Fair, Runaway Bay Shopping Centre, primary and secondary schools are just minutes away.
"What's your favorite spot?"
That's easy! Sitting on the beck, umbrella up, BBQ on and pug by my side, I feel like I am at my own private resort with a lush garden adjacent to the home. This is such an easy townhouse to live in.
"Why did you move here"
Our home is a dream for entertaining, there's less upkeep than a traditional home, there's loads of space for the grandkids to play, the backyard, Biggera Creek Walkway, this is such a tucked away oasis.
Getting time back and the location has just been ideal, Labrador is so central so we love the fact we can be at the beach, shops and cafe all within a 6 to 10min drive. Main Beach is regarded as one of Australia's best beaches so we have loved that aspect of the location and within minutes you can find yourself amongst tropical fish snorkeling off the seaway!
We didn't know that this Court existed and we are so grateful for our years here!
Now it's your turn to make memories...
