The extra-long verandas on both sides of the house keep the house cooler as well.

There are 3 bedrooms:- 2 with comfy queen-size beds and another bedroom with a single. All have built-ins and carpet. The den in the garage has the office desk, NBN, TV point and two single click-clack sofas. There is one lock up garage but plenty of off-street parking for another vehicle/boat on the block. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and vehicles must park on the property to allow for ease of movement for neighbours.

The property is not fenced, so pets are strictly by prearrangement and will not be permitted inside the Cottage.
