Available from 18th December 2023: This well-maintained, fully furnished Beach House is available for rent for 6 months at a time. The Owners are committed elsewhere, so they are happy to share their uncomplicated holiday retreat. The rate they are asking is not a 'holiday tariff' as they hope you will enjoy a few months in our Tropical Paradise without breaking your budget. The tariff will vary slightly depending on the length of your stay. $450/week for a short stay (min 3 weeks) or as little as $350 for a 6-month stay. Tenants are asked to pay the power whilst in residence, but gardening will be included.

This Beach Cottage is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach, a 2-minute drive to the boat ramp and an easy walk to King Reef Resort.

Most folks enter the house via the garage door opening into the very clean garage, which can double as a comfortable sit-out area if you prefer. On this level, there is a bathroom that has had a spruce up, a separate toilet, and a laundry with both a washer and dryer. A few steps up through the door take you into the main living area. It has a near-new kitchen, including a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large open-plan living/ dining /kitchen is quite spacious. It has 3 bedrooms ( 1 x Double, 2 x Single and 1 x Single ) so it will sleep 4 comfortably. Everything you need for a comfy stay should be in the house ..........so don't drag the Van for your escape.... just bring your linen, clothes and food. The living room and one bedroom have split-system air conditioning.

As I mentioned, the tariff will vary depending on the length of your stay. Please get in touch with me for a quote. A security bond is required. You are responsible for power costs and all the cleaning during your stay, but the lawns will be maintained. The house is rented on a 'leave as you find it' basis, and a security deposit will be required. It will be set up as a Tenancy Agreement rather than a holiday let for 3 months or more. (Maximum of 4 people )

The house is not fenced, so sorry, most dogs will not be accepted unless they come with their own good references or are qualified assistance dogs.
