We have managed the unit for many years, we look after our tenants and maintain the property to a high standard. This is an excellent unit and would suit persons wanting a nice home to rent for the long term.

The unit looks cool and fresh outside and inside with neat, spacious, open-plan loungedining area. The lounge, main and second bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every room. It has been recently renovated and looks cool and fresh. The modern kitchen has ample cupboard and shelf space. The large laundry is conveniently located opposite the kitchen and has additional space for storage. There are built-ins in two bedrooms and a large linen cupboard next to the kitchen.

The yard has a beautifully landscaped garden with private paved back courtyard area, lawn locker and good quality Hills Hoist clothes line. The front of the units are shaded by palm trees and looks very attractive and cool. There is ample covered parking with separate two bay carport as well as a beautiful tiled carport in the building which can be used as extra living space. The garden is low maintenance and has space for outdoor plants and living area. The street frontage of the unit has a lawned area which is very attractive and also quiet since this section of Frank Street is very short and there is only local traffic for the surrounding houses.

The lawn is mowed fortnightly by contractor and a monthly garden bag service is provided for easy disposal of garden debris. Hoses, sprinklers, tap-timers, secateurs, hand saw and extension saw are also provided for easy garden maintenance. An automatic irrigation system has been also installed. Water charges are paid for by the owners, the standard Council water allocation of 772,000 litres annually per unit applies. These services are included in the rent and taking this into consideration, the rent is very good value.

We have owned the unit since new and any maintenance is attended to promptly. The outside looks fresh and cool with paving and palms and would make a very nice home for mature retired or working persons. We have a quiet older tenant next door and quiet neighbours. It is a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the Mountview Plaza supermarket and shops.
