Honestly, we don't think you could build a high-quality finished home like this for the price in 2022. The fridge space is plumbed and there are four seats at the fantastic breakfast bar.

If you're cooking up a storm, you'll love to entertain on the expansive patio with its beautiful mountain views. We've never seen anyone design a picture window quite like the one between the third bedroom and the patio, but as you can see in the photos, this is the perfect place to read a book while keeping an eye on the family dog.

Elliott Springs / Julago is one of Townsville's fastest growing suburbs. The plan is to have multiple schools and shopping centres in the area as this will be the hub of the South. Currently, the nearest shopping centre is Townsville's largest at Fairfield Central which is about a 12 minute drive away. The Townsville CBD is only 20 minutes drive away via the Port Road.

Be quick! With the crazy price of building, near-new houses are going fast. The old saying applies, first to see will buy. Be sure and inspect this weekend.
