Our two story home is very private despite being on the corner of ShuteHarbour Road and Cedar Crescent. It is open plan and is very comfortable to live in. Lounge areas up and downstairs provide two TVs to cut down arguments. Balcony upstairs is 3 metre by 10 metre for a large entertaining area. Downstairs living area is 10 metre by 9 metres with 3 metre verandahs all the way around the bottom floor of the house. Roller blinds all the way around those provide cool protection and privacy. Two cars easily drive in under cover and more can be stored behind the gate.. Private backyard is enclosed.
Now mum is 87 and we need to move closer to Melbourne...
