ANVARI M TECHNOLOGY has been developed for sprouted barley fodder along with other sprouts of soybean, corn, Australian sweet white lupin (L. angustifolius) , lablab bean (L. purpureas) . This can provide complete animal nutrition. As it is semi automated, it has very low labour costs, irrespective of the size of the machine. 15 to 30 minutes of labour can yield high returns of fodder. The amount of water needed for irrigation is very low as it uses spray and drip technologies.
ANVARI M has 3m wide and 27 m long belts (belts may also be 9m, 18m long) where seeds are sprouted, grown and harvested. A guillotine cuts the fodder and screw-com wire takes shredded fodder outside the greenhouse. This greatly minimizes labour costs. A climate-controlled space (a greenhouse), humidity control, an automated fertigation system are other elements of this new technology
In controlled greenhouse temperatures of 25 to 32 degree centigrade, the plant absorbs all minerals and micronutrients (A to Z) and growth is good. When the samples were sent for analysis to SGS global, the report showed that nutrient concentrations were much higher than field conditions.
The property has one small greenhouse 3mX14m and one big green house 3X27m. the big one has two machines, and it is run by solar and wind generator.
