Located on a quiet Herston street, 6 Hetherington St is a home packed full of potential. Offering its new owner a fantastic location, on street where most of the homes have already had fantastic renovations completed, and with a pleasant workers cottage full of opportunity to extend and upgrade.

Currently this Property Features:

- A well proportioned 422sqm block with plenty of space for increasing the size of the house and adding a pool at the back.
- Large lounge room and dining room separated by a beautiful archway.
- Separate Kitchen beside the lounge (which could easily be moved to make space for a 4th Bedroom).
