Last Listing description (February 2016)

You could be forgiven for not noticing this fantastic little complex as you drive down Scott Rd, it's a Hidden Gem. The Best feature of this apartment - its two huge Balconies - both with lovely private outlooks. These balconies turn your lovely apartment into the perfect entertainer.
This property will offer a fantastic home base for hospital workers (only a very short walk to the hospital), University staff (only a 5 minute walk) and people needing easy access to the CBD (only 2km's away). All these close amenities also make this property a fantastic investment option. Currently rented until October this year.
Apartment Features:

- Total space of approximately 93sqm including balconies.
- The living space is open plan and has plenty of room for lounge and dining.
- Your kitchen is tucked around the corner from the lounge, it is in good condition and lovely and bright with a window out to the balcony.
- The front balcony off the living space is HUGE. With half undercover and half open you can furnish it with dining and outdoor lounge as well as have some planter boxes in the sunny section. It has a lovely outlook.
- The main bedroom is quite large and includes direct access to the back balcony.
- The second bedroom was originally designed to be multi-purpose, it can be opening up to the lounge and create more living space, used as a study or a small bedroom. Some owners have chosen to put in a full wall (inside of the folding doors) but we like that you still have multiple options for this space.
- Both bedrooms have sliding doors out to the second balcony, which is also a great size, and nice and private, a perfect place to sit and have your morning coffee or to read a book.
- The bathroom is also in great condition and includes direct entry from the main bedroom (like having an ensuite) as well as the living area. The bathroom includes the laundry.
- The apartment also comes with a secure car space.
- Will be sold with Fridge, Dryer and Dishwasher.
