50 Clove St, Griffin is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom House with 2 parking spaces and was built in 2011. The property has a land size of 325m2 and floor size of 121m2. While the property is not currently for sale or for rent, it was last sold in November 2022.
This stunning family home is located in the heart of Griffin. Only a short drive to the local shops or onto the highway, you would be well positioned for convenience. It's even only a matter of minutes in the car before you reach Westfield in North Lakes and the train line at Mango Hill.
The house was built in 2011 and has been rented out from then until now. The owner was conscious when building the property to lay the home out as if they would want to live there. That is why the home has a well-placed study nook and has an open plan living space. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in robes with the master bedroom complimented by an en-suite. The home has security screens and a split system air conditioning unit servicing the main living space & master bedroom. The kitchen has built in pantry and a double fridge space, which would be great for a growing family.
The back alfresco would be a great place to relax after a long day with a glass of wine, whilst providing added privacy with no homes overlooking the back of the house. The yard is low maintenance, and the turf has been changed to stones but is very much as blank canvas for someone to turn it into their very own oasis.
This home will not last long and is priced to sell so call Anthony today on 0457 406 810 to arrange your inspection.
"What the Owners say"
Since building this property 11 years ago, it has been a great rental property with good demand. The home would easily suit an owner occupier as we made sure we chose great fittings and an appealing design.
After the conclusion of the last tenancy, I felt it was time for my next adventure and wish the next owners many happy memories here. I know the new owner will be lucky with this property with all the new infrastructure going into the suburb whether it's for convenience or the capital growth.
