We purchased the home due to its location, close to schools, close to Northlakes without the high-density pressure and this particular block as it has fewer neighbouring properties.
The nearby playground was another attractive reason for our purchase.
We particularly like the separation of the parents bedroom from the children whilst maintaining a central family area. We also had family living nearby.
