The first thing you will notice about this property is the position. It sits just about at the crown of the hill in East Innisfail. This makes for beautiful breezes coming from Etty Bay and Coquette Point and a fabulous outlook. The block is 1012 sqm of mostly level land with established gardens. There is no risk of flooding ever and the drainage is excellent.

The real treat however is when you walk through the front door and see the fabulous extension which appears to have been done in the 70's. It is a large sunken living room which has a soaring ceiling and just creates the most spacious and inviting place. This open plan room leads through double glass sliding doors onto the front patio area, which is private, due to the established gardens, but does offers long and wide views across the South Johnstone valley and to the ranges beyond. There is also a second living room which was originally the main family space when this house was in its original cottage layout.
