Shops, restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses and services are within walking distance or a short a drive. Major hospitals and medical services are also nearby. There is a bus service at the gate and Beenleigh train station is two kilometers from the resort. The Eagleby wetlands is an easy 10 minute or less walk from Sapphire Gardens where you can stroll or ride a bike along the river. Zaraffas has recently opened their head office on Distillery road less than 5 minute drive and in the future they will be having a fresh produce market and bands playing in the venue! Also located on Distillery road is the Artisan Beenleigh Rum distillery where you can do a tour of where they make the rum and hear all about the history of the Albert River and the story of Rum. The Beenleigh Sports club is another great venue which has a courtesy bus and most nights have a 2 4 1 dinner deal. There is lots of events and things to do happening in and around Eagleby to keep you busy or if you prefer you can chill at home or join in on the resort events.
