This is a fantastic 1ha slice of the Daintree Rainforest. Tucked into the side of Carbeen Road in Diwan, between Cow Bay and Thornton Beach, this studio-style cabin is surrounded by massive black bean, fig trees and other rainforest giants.
Towards the end of the road, the cabin has no neighbours except for the occasional cassowary, goanna and bandicoot. Most of Carbeen Road has been bought back by the government, so you can be sure of not being disturbed.
There is room at the entrance to store a boat, and the driveway leads to the front door of the dwelling.
