-Shops, banks, insurance brokers and restaurants and
-Sporting facilities including white water rafting.
-The property is less than 50 kms to boat ramps, Mission Beach and access to Dunk Island.

The Farm
The property receives ample rainfall to produce tropical exotic fruits.

Household water comes from rainfall and a bore. The bore, which never runs dry irrigates the fruit trees in the few months when rainfall is insufficient. Additional bores can be sunk.

Two dams connected to a creek have potential for small scale fish farming.

Orchards contain approximately 35 different varieties of fruit trees. Larger orchards of specific fruit trees for which there is a known market (e.g. canistel, chempadek, soursop) could be established by propagating from existing trees.

Fruiting seasons are the reverse of the Northern Hemisphere (i.e. Southeast Asian countries). Rambutan, mangosteen and durian are harvested from February to May and Lychee in November, making export attractive.

The farm has potential for eco-tourism, fruit tasting and farm tours.
