A fenced 'glamping' area has been established under the massive mango and tamarind trees planted in the late 1800's, with several basic corrugated iron outhouses in construction or completion, including a work shed with bench, a fitted out diner/kitchen mess, an ablution block, 2 x 3000 x 3000 raised platform decks and with a corrugated iron sleeping quarters in construction. A children's play house is secured with iron pool fencing area. Several large sleeping tents are included with waterproof awnings and queen-size beds inside.
The camping site is powered by solar panel and wind turbine and the shower has a gas HWS.
Property includes gas wok cooker, fridge, 2 x timber dining tables and chairs, outdoor setting, an unregister vehicles for bush bashing and a ride on mower (both needs service), water pump for creek and water tanks, tents, 2 x queen-size beds and other camping and cooking gear.
Some vegetable gardens are being established and about an acre has been cleared on the top paddock near the marble headed grated heritage listed grave site. The rest is natural bush land and creek ravines for bush walking and exploration.
What is thought to be the original hand dug '1900' seventy-foot stone wall water well has been located adjoining the camping area, but needs to be further investigated and then cleared of fill.
The site also has 4 x 1000 litre caged water tanks for domestic use, but not for drinking.
The old derelict stock yards are located along one of the property bush tracks which criss-cross both Leadingham Creek and Jackson Creek.
