Wreck Rock Beach is the National Park & Rules Beach would be a 15 min drive. The nearest boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek is approx. 7km and there are two boat ramps on Baffle Creek, one would be 10 mins and the other 15 mins.

Rates are approximately $1,000 per year. If you decided to build, mains power runs along the boundary and children can catch the school bus nearby. Mail can be delivered 5 days a week and there is garbage and recycling collection. Coles deliver to this area as well.

Baffle Creek facilities include a general store with fuel, post office agency, hardware & fishing supplies, bar, bottle shop & takeaway.
