Ranging between 7m and 26m above sea level, the block is fully fenced and divided into 3 paddocks. Most fencing is adequate but one paddock is excellent as this is where the camels who live here are housed. There are 2 dams plus waterholes in the creek that runs through the middle of the property. It is an easy block to show as you can drive around tracks and boundaries.
The nearest boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek is approx. 5 mins away and Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park is about 15 min drive. Rules Beach would be about 20 mins. If you have a 4WD, you can access Agnes Water through the Deepwater National Park - it's a lovely drive.
If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Rates are approx. $1,444 per year if paid on time and children can catch the school bus to either primary or high school.
Facilities at Baffle Creek include a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, takeaway, bar & bottle shop.
