Rules Beach, Wreck Rock Beach and a boat ramp on Baffle Creek are all approximately 20 to 25 mins from this property. Deepwater Creek (12km) is the closest boat ramp on a tidal creek.

If you decided to build, the school bus is available at the front boundary for both primary and high school children. Rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Mains power is a fair way from the block so you would have to go solar power. Many locals use the 4WD track through the Deepwater National Park to access Agnes Water/1770.
