A very attractive property with vegetation being a very pretty blend of large Bloodwoods, Gums & She Oaks intermingled with plenty of Grass Trees. Although vegetation is thick in places, it is quite easy to walk through the block as most of it fairly open beneath the canopy. With little work, you could create a lovely setting around your campsite/week-ender or home as you have so much to work with.
The majority of the block is high and dry and ranges between 28m and 46m above sea level. One side boundary has a track down to the dam. This side boundary is also fenced however it does need attention. Zoned green (vegetation not of concern) there is a dam in the creek/watercourse that winds through from the front left hand boundary and comes out near the back right hand boundary.

Deepwater is popular because of being central to beaches and tidal creeks. 20 mins would put you on either Rules Beach, Wreck Rock Beach in the national park, and either of the two concrete boat ramps on Baffle Creek. 10 mins would put you on tidal Deepwater Creek which is the nearest boat ramp to the block.
If you chose to build and live here, the school bus is available close by for both primary and high school children. Mail is delivered 5 days a week and rubbish bin collection is available. Many locals use the 4WD track through the Deepwater National Park to access Agnes Water/1770.
