Ranging between 20m and 33m above sea level, there are tracks throughout which make it easy to show you the block. There are two good dams. An electric pump on one of them is set up to irrigate gardens and lawns. If you wanted to run a couple of animals, alongside one of the dams is a large, cleared area which would be ideal if you fenced it.

Mail is delivered 5 days a week and you could get rubbish bin collection if you wish. The school bus stops out front and rates are approx. $1,120 per year. Telstra mobile reception is good. Coles will deliver groceries to your door.

Within 15 mins of 3 boat ramps on tidal creeks, the choice of two beaches and facilities at Baffle Creek which include a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, takeaway, bar and bottle shop. If you have a 4WD you can do what a lot of locals do which is access Agnes Water/1770 via the lovely track through the Deepwater National Park instead of going via roads.
