Flood free, with about half the property zoned white, these attractive 40 acres are located in the Deepwater area of the Baffle Creek district. Deepwater is popular because it is central to beaches, tidal waterways and the Deepwater National Park.
There are two dams, a couple of seasonal creeks and a large cleared area from where you can see Matchbox Range. In fact, the block backs onto this range and you can see the ocean in the distance. This area has huge rocks and grass trees from where it starts to climb the range, up to the back boundary. Tracks have been pushed through the block giving you the opportunity to see the very diversified vegetation throughout.
Ranging between 28m to 60m above sea level, there are a couple of sheds, a caravan and an old dwelling set well back from the road. Although they need attention, they give you a starting point, as do the gardens and bbq area. This area has been selectively cleared and is very attractive.
Power and phone are available along the front boundary and if you were to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Children could catch the school bus nearby. By the way, you only have 4km gravel road to get to this block.
