Only 7km to the nearest tidal boat ramp on Deepwater Creek, less than 15 mins will put you on either Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park, Rules Beach or one of the two boat ramps on tidal Baffle Creek. If you have a 4WD, you can access facilities at Agnes Water by driving through the National Park.

Rates are approximately $950.00 per year and children can catch the school bus nearby. Mail is delivered 5 days a week and there is garbage and recycling collection.
