We purchased this apartment soon after it was built, and it has given us joy to share it with the wonderful tenants who have made it their home since. We often think about how lovely it would be to live so close to the water here and the walks that we could do at sunset.

When the tenants recently left, we decided to sell the property opposed to re-rent the property as we felt it was time for our next adventure and the next owner may be someone that wishes to move in and enjoy everything it has to offer.
