I decided on Dakabin as I identified the area for growth. There is lots to come from this suburb and with everything happening closeby, I feel the location couldn t be more perfect. When I built the home, I wanted to plan the layout around how I would use the home and think carefully about where I used space and what for.
I am delighted with how the property has turned out and will be sad to say goodbye to the home. I wish the next owner occupier or investor the very best in the future with this house, I am sure they will be very happy.
