After building the home 7 years ago, it is the only home our children know. We will be really sad to say goodbye but have relocated to the Gold Coast due to work. We love the estate and find it is extremely convenient to everything. North Lakes is a 2-minute drive whilst the new Woolworths in Dakabin and all the shops around it are walking distance.

There is plenty more coming to Dakabin with the Cominsky Group (owners & operators of Sandstone Point & Eatons Hill Hotels) developing a large site that is again walking distance from this home. We wish the next owners as many happy memories here as we have had.
