The gas hot water is being replaced with an electric one as soon as tradies can be arranged.

The lock up shed is HUGE, with extra carports on the side. Bring the toys:- a boat, caravan, trailer, and your car. They will all fit!

The lawns are fairly level and easy to mow, but a ride-on will be required. Lawns can be cared for by the tenant or Invoiced at $100/month, and the owner will keep them neat and tidy as often as needed.
