Block includes a steel shed with colourbond roof and sheeting on 9x6x2.7m cement slab (with all plumbing) built 1993. Slab in excellent condition, but shed has rust in some of the top hat purlins and wall top "C" section, some holes in the roof and mould on the outside. A new owner may want to replace with another prefab shed or dwelling. As the slab is in very good condition the cost for a new replacement shed would be approx. $11000 as advised by a builder.
